Prior to commencing mobile service for the client, MillenniuM representatives attend the site and conduct a thorough evaluation and audit, which includes all detailed information. This information allows the Mobile Operative to complete the patrol and inspection in the most efficient manner, while meeting the specific needs of the property.

Mobile Operatives conduct a thorough site inspection, which includes specific checks, duties and special instructions from the client. Complete documentation of each site inspection is provided. Mobile Operatives are high profile, skilled senior employees that are empowered to provide client support 24 hours a day. Operatives work in an unpredictable environment and are prepared for many challenging situations. From routine site inspections to encountering criminal activity, property damage, system malfunction or mechanical failure, Operatives are trained for crisis management. All vehicles are equipped with tools and information needed to assist in the preservation of people, property and assets.
