The Career Path

Millennium Protection offers our personnel the opportunity to expand upon the Alberta Basic Security Training Course (ABST) and British Columbia Basic Security Training (BST).  When Security Officers complete the 40 hour mandatory course set out by the Province either in Alberta or British Colombia, they have gained classroom instruction and met the minimum required to obtain a security license. Millennium Protection expands on the individual skill sets of each employee by now taking that in-class instruction and expanding same to the property where ongoing site specific training begins. We train are employees on protocol taken from our audits of the property's we protect and the site specifics given from the client. Millennium Protection cannot stress the importance and benefits attributed on site training and monitoring giving an opportunity to witness first hand the progression of our personnel actively engaged at their assigned property.

The following is a career path designed for each market we protect.  Level 1 instruction is geared towards the Commercial Office environment while levels 2 and 3 are suited for the Retail and Mobile markets.
